SANDY JUST GRAZED US

We came through Sandy just fine!  Never lost power except for a few flickers of the lights.  Only wind damage was to our trees and garden.  Lots of sticks and leaves in the yard and all around the house.  Rain caused some minor flooding, in the usual places on the streets but, except for some water in the garages, we weren't  affected. Guests not due 'til Thursday, so we're goofing off reading and getting caught up on mail. Oh, yeah, picking up sticks, too!
