Everyone thoroughly enjoyed today's breakfast festival of flavors...favorite recipes that we happily share with our guests.
We started with homemade, fresh from the oven strawberry muffins...
Then we added fresh berries a la creme chantilly with cocoa topping.
The next course included a rolled cheese omelet with balsamic glaze accompanied by peppered buttermilk biscuits and corn fritters with maple syrup and bacon steaks, or for our vegetarian guests, soy bacon.
Orange juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate are always served.
